Kao certificirani Concept-Based Curriculum and Instruction (CBCI) workshop leader, mogu nuditi savjetovanje i podršku vezanu uz konceptualno učenje, podučavanjedizajn i implementaciju konceptualnog kurikuluma na svim razinama obrazovanja (osnovna i srednja  škola), odnosno za CBCI pristup.

PYP okvir i CBCI pristup međusobno su usklađeni, jer su oba utemeljena na konceptualnom pristupu poučavanju i učenju, što mi omogućuje da školama pomognem razumjeti i povezati ta dva područja – ali ne kao službeni IB trener.

Moje iskustvo i kompetencije koje mogu istaknuti:

  • Učiteljica i koordinatorica kurikuluma u Amstelland International School u Nizozemskoj, gdje podržavam implementaciju IPC i IEYC programa, a od 2026. vodit ću i tranziciju škole prema IB PYP-u.
  • Studirala sam pedagogiju na Filozofskom fakultetu u Zagrebu i radila kao pripravnik pedagog u Hrvatskoj, učiteljica u Nizozemskoj i Norveškoj, što mi daje široku i informiranu perspektivu međunarodnog obrazovanja.
  • U Norveškoj sam radila kao PYP učiteljica u Trondheim International School.
  • Certificirani sam CBCI workshop leader, ulogu koju želim aktivno integrirati u svoju praksu i ponuditi školama širom svijeta.
  • Nedavno sam gostovala kao predavač na  međunarodnoj CBI Labs 2025 konferenciji u Luksemburgu.

Što konkretno mogu ponuditi školama:

  • savjetovanje o osmišljavanju konceptualnih jedinica (unit design, lesson planning, curriculum mapping)
  • podršku timovima u razumijevanju konceptualne nastave i kurikuluma na razini predmeta, odsjeka ili škole
  • radionice profesionalnog usavršavanja vezanih uz CBCI pristup
  • podršku školama koje žele unaprijediti postojeće kurikulume kroz konceptualno učenje
  • pomoć u stvaranju veza između CBCI pristupa i PYP-a (bez formalnog IB treniranja)

As a certified Concept-Based Curriculum and Instruction (CBCI) workshop leader, I offer consulting and support related to conceptual learning, teaching, design, and implementation of conceptual curricula across all levels of education (primary and secondary schools), specifically for the CBCI approach.

The PYP framework and CBCI approach are mutually aligned, as both are grounded in a conceptual approach to teaching and learning. This enables me to help schools understand and connect these two areas – but not as an official IB trainer.

My experience and competencies to highlight:

  • Teacher and curriculum coordinator at Amstelland International School in the Netherlands, where I support the implementation of IPC and IEYC programs, and from 2026, I will lead the school’s transition to IB PYP.

  • Studied pedagogy at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb and worked as a pedagogy intern in Croatia, teacher in the Netherlands and Norway, giving me a broad and informed perspective on international education.

  • Worked as a PYP teacher at Trondheim International School in Norway.

  • Certified CBCI workshop leader, a role I actively integrate into my practice and offer to schools worldwide.

  • Recently guest lectured at the international CBI Labs 2025 conference in Luxembourg.
